Can I upgrade after booking?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after booking. When you decide to do so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss your requirements further.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment via: Cash Bank Transfer, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Diners Club If you wish to pay via a Credit Card there will be a surcharge, please let us know and we will advise you of said charges in your quote. Please note that we will not accept cheque payments unless you are an existing client or have a business account with us.
What's the best way to book?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Depending on the date you’re looking to book, we may sometimes ask for a deposit. As we are sure you can appreciate, there are particular days throughout the year where we have a greater demand for our services. We will, however, let you know if this is the case.
What car will I be driven in?
All Porters clients will be driven in one of our top of the range Audi A8 long wheel base or BMW 7 Series long wheel base vehicles. Should you require a vehicle to accommodate a larger party, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We have partners throughout the industry and will more likely than not be able to assist you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking you would need to contact us at least 7 days prior to the date of travel, there will be no charges for this. Should you not cancel within this time frame there will be a charge of 50% of the booking. Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of travel will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
