Can I upgrade after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after booking, subject to availability. When you decide to do so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss your requirements further.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment via: Bank Transfer, Cash, PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Diners Club. If you wish to pay via a Credit Card there will be a small surcharge, please let us know and we will advise you of said charges in your quote. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments unless you are an existing client or have a business account with us.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Depending on the date you’re looking to book, we may sometimes ask for a deposit. As we are sure you can appreciate, there are particular days throughout the year where we have a greater demand for our services. We will, however, let you know if this is the case.
What car will I be driven in?
Porters offers a wide of range of vehicles. As standard we operate luxury LWB Audi A8s, or equivalent BMW 7-series and Mercedes S-class cars. We can also provide standard Mercedes E-class and equivalent cars, and for larger groups we can provide 6, 7, 8 and 12 seater plus vehicles. Please have a chat with us the time of booking to discuss your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking we ask that you contact us at least 7 days prior to the date of travel, there will be no charges for this. Should you not cancel within this time frame there will be a charge of 50% of the booking. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel will be charged 100% of the booking.
