Can I upgrade after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after booking, subject to availability. When you decide to do so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss your requirements further.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment via: Bank Transfer / BACs, Cash, PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Diners Club. If you wish to pay via a Credit Card there will be a small surcharge, please let us know and we will advise you of said charges in your quote. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments unless you are an existing client or have a business account with us.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Depending on the date you’re looking to book, we may sometimes ask for a deposit. As we are sure you can appreciate, there are particular days throughout the year where we have a greater demand for our services. We will, however, let you know if this is the case.
First time clients are asked to pay up front for their first booking, subsequent bookings will be invoiced as usual.
What car will I be driven in?
Porters offers a wide range of vehicles. As standard we operate luxury LWB Audi A8s, or equivalent BMW 7-series and Mercedes S-class cars. We can also provide standard Mercedes E-class and equivalent cars, and for larger groups we operate Mercedes V-class or equivalent vehicles, and can provide 6, 7, 8 and 12 seater plus vehicles. Please have a chat with us the time of booking to discuss your needs.
What is your cancellation & amendment policy?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, we ask that you contact us at least 7 days prior to the date of travel, there will be no charges for this.
Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to the booking date, will be subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee.
Any bookings cancelled or altered within the 24 hours prior to travel will be charged 100% of the original booking.
