As lock down restrictions begin to ease, bookings are on the increase once again, so we are looking for self-employed private hire drivers, and owner drivers to join our professional team. Flexible options, so could suit people with a background in chauffeuring or taxi driving looking for additional hours and even those who are semi-retired…
Chauffeur Drivers
The Role:
- Driving one of our luxury fleet vehicles to chauffeur our clients
- Providing excellent customer service and a VIP experience to all of our clients
- Variety of bookings from airport runs and corporate meetings, to weddings and bespoke days out
- Part time/ad hoc hours initially, with the potential option for increasing hours as we expand – when bookings are received you will be contacted to see when you are available and will be allocated jobs accordingly
Requirements for the Role:
- Be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
- An up-to-date private hire licence
- A clean driving licence held for at least 3 yearsÂ
- 25 – 75 years old for insurance purposes
- Be very reliable and punctual
- Be well presented and wear a suit and tie
- Be a calm and confident driver
- Excellent customer skills, and experience of driving with paying passengers on board would be highly advantageousÂ
- Willingness to work antisocial hours when needed
Pay:
- 60/40 split, with 40% of the booking paid to the driver, for which you will invoice us monthly
- Drivers keep their own tips
Private Hire Owner Drivers
The Role:
- When bookings are received you will be contacted to see if you are available and will be allocated jobs accordingly
- We take 10% of the booking as admin fees, and pay 90% to owner drivers (drivers keep their own tips)
- Subject to availability, we may also be able to provide cars/drivers to you on the basis in return if you have bookings that you cannot cover
Vehicles Needed:
We predominantly receive bookings for high end executive cars and 6/7 seaters:
- Audi A8 LWB
- BMW 7 LWB
- Mercedes S-class LWB
- Mercedes V-class (and equivalents)
However, we also require standard executive cars and larger minibuses from time to time:
- Mercedes E-class (and equivalents)
- 8-16 seater minibuses
Requirements:
- Vehicles must be plated and insured for private hire, and be immaculately clean
- Drivers must have a private hire licence and be insured for private hire
- Our drivers must be well presented, wear a suit and tie, and provide excellent customer service
- Must be very reliable and punctual
- You must be willing to represent our company when doing work for us (eg: no other branding or business promotion)
- You must be able to invoice us monthly
